Because interest to join Sanner’s Lake Sportsmen’s Club is high, we currently have a waiting list for both our Regular Membership and our Military Membership.  If you would like to add your name to the list, please do the following:  Click below (scroll down past these instructions) and sign up as a Waitlist member in the appropriate category.  ONLY active duty military members can join the Military waitlist.  Proof of active duty Military status will be required when you accept a Membership to SLSC.  If at the time you receive your invitation you are no longer active duty military, you will be placed on the Regular Membership waitlist according to the date you registered.

Once you have joined as a Waitlist Member and we have approved you, you will be able to view the current waitlist webpage.  You will need to sign in to see the list as it is ONLY view-able by Waitlist members.  To sign in click on the Login button and then select Forgot Password to get into your account the first time.

Please note that being on the waitlist does not grant you membership privileges or access to the club grounds. While on the waitlist you may occasionally receive emails regarding activities at the club, but those are for information purposes only.

Please note that the waitlists do not auto update but instead are updated manually once a month.  So, while you will not see exactly where you are immediately, you will have an idea.  As long as you have confirmation of joining as a Waitlist Member you ARE on the waitlist. 

SLSC accepts new members once a year. Current members have the opportunity to renew their membership starting mid-June and continuing through July 31. At that point, the Membership Committee determines how many vacancies can be filled. Names to fill those vacancies are taken from the waitlists in the order they were received. When your name comes up, you will receive an invitation with instructions. It is VERY important that you adhere to the timelines in those instructions. If the committee does not hear from you in the time frame allotted, it is assumed you are no longer interested and the committee goes to the next name to fill that slot. It is important that your contact information is accurate and up to date.  We are not responsible to update your information once the information is provided.  You must ensure it accurately reflects your current email address in order to be informed you have been “Invited” to join. 

Once you are accepted into the club, you are required to attend a New Member Orientation Class. These classes educate new members on the standard operating procedures (SOP) of each of the ranges members have access to and certifies you as a Range Safety Officer (RSO) permitting you to open and operate shooting ranges safely. Several of these classes are offered August through December. At this class you will be given an ID card with your name and qualifications listed as well as the RFID card that gets you through the electronic front gate. If you do not attend one of these classes, you will not receive your ID or RFID cards and will not have access to the club grounds and must wait until August the following year before another class is scheduled.
