Practical Shotgun (Dyn Pits & Bullseye Range)

During the berm maintenance period this match will be using the Bullseye Range as well for their matches.

• 9am-1pm
• Gate open at 8:00am
• Set up begins at 7:30am
  
• Please be registered and ready to shoot by 8:45am for the Safety Brief and squadding info
  

Fee:

• $10.00 for SLSC Members
• $15.00 for Non-Members

Divisions:

• Hunting - 5 rounds or less - sub classes of pump and semi-auto
• Home Defense - Over 5 rounds - sub classes of pump and semi-auto
• Open - Detachable magazines - sub classes of pump and semi-auto
  

Course of Fire:

• Similar to an IDPA match but only firearm used is a shotgun.
  
• Matches will consist of 5 stages and will have steel and/or clay targets.
  
• The “Walk and Stalk” is a blind (no preview) stage in Pit 1 with up to 25 targets to find from multiple shooting boxes.
• Reloads are on the clock and starting capacity may be dictated on some stages.
  
• #6, 7.5, 8 or 9 shot permitted with 20 gauge as the smallest suggested gauge, although .410 is allowed (may not have enough power to flip the spinner in which case a penalty will be assessed). 
  
• Plan on bringing 100 rounds - see match announcement for round count.
• Empty chamber flag indicator or case required.
